6 May 2025 – ‘Pasta perfection’ 🍝✨
Making fresh pasta yourself is easier than you think – and the flavour is incomparable! In this course, you will learn the art of pasta making from scratch. We will show you which flours are best suited, how to knead the dough optimally and what techniques there are for creating different pasta shapes. We will also prepare delicious sauces – from an authentic carbonara to homemade pesto and a flavoursome tomato sauce with secret ingredients. After this workshop, you’ll never want to buy ready-made pasta again!
13 May 2025 – ‘Roast & braise like the pros’ 🔥🥩
Preparing meat properly is an art in itself – but with a few tricks, you can conjure up succulent, flavoursome dishes! In this course, you will learn how to sear meat perfectly, what to look out for when braising and which spices ensure the best flavour. Whether it’s a tender braised dish or a crispy crust – with these professional techniques, you’re guaranteed to impress your guests!
20 May 2025 – ‘Vegetarian/vegan diversity’ 🌱🥕
Would you like to learn how to prepare plant-based dishes creatively and full of flavour? Then this course is just right for you! It’s all about vegetables, pulses and plant-based proteins. We’ll show you how to use exciting spice combinations, prepare vegetables in new ways and create vegetarian and vegan dishes that really inspire.
Special highlight: Influencer Lisa will accompany this workshop together with Judith – she will bring exciting recipes and valuable tips with her!
27 May 2025 – ‘Street food from around the world’ 🌍🌮
Street food is more than just a quick snack – it tells stories, reflects cultures and inspires with intense flavours! In this course, you will learn how to make authentic street food dishes at home. We’ll prepare Mexican tacos, fluffy bao buns, spicy currywurst deluxe and Japanese okonomiyaki. Perfect for anyone who likes to discover new flavours!
This is what you can expect in every course:
✔️ Hands-on learning: You cook under supervision and receive valuable tips.
✔️ Small groups: A maximum of 16 participants so that everyone has enough time to practise.
✔️ Delicious food: Of course we enjoy the prepared dishes together at the end.
✔️ Pleasant atmosphere: Cooking should be fun – we value a relaxed, sociable atmosphere.
